真空攪拌機(jī)是我公司參照國(guó)際先進(jìn)同類(lèi)產(chǎn)品，并結(jié)合我國(guó)肉制品加工工藝特點(diǎn)，自行研制開(kāi)發(fā)的。通過(guò)合理的設(shè)計(jì)，使物料攪拌均勻、充分膨脹、無(wú)氣泡、彈性好、色澤鮮艷并更大限度的提取了蛋白質(zhì)，是同類(lèi)產(chǎn)品中的設(shè)備。
1. 整機(jī)采用304不銹鋼材料制作，堅(jiān)固耐用，容易清洗。
2. 可設(shè)置真空度，真空效果好，可使物料在真空狀態(tài)下攪拌。
3. 采用平衡雙軸螺旋結(jié)構(gòu)。裝有斜板槳葉及螺旋推進(jìn)攪拌圈，攪拌均勻。
4. 采用可編程控制器和觸摸屏控制，設(shè)定攪拌總時(shí)間，間歇時(shí)間及攪拌程序。
